He is well-versed in all real estate markets from farm & ranch properties to new home construction to commercial interests. Bryan is a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI®). In addition to working as a loan officer, Bryan is an experienced real estate investor and has been buying and selling real estate for over a decade. A good listener, Bryan finds common ground with his clients and works hard to build a relationship. He works closely with buyers and sellers, outlining what they can expect from the process and helping them meet their goals. Married and the proud father of his young son, Bryan spends his free time outdoors. He enjoys golf, wildlife management, hunting, motorcycling. Jack brings a wealth of knowledge in wildlife, native plants, and country property experience. His professional life has been spent in sales, most of that time working with rural clients in central and south Texas. Building strong, lasting relationships has been the key to his success over the past 30+years.
Jack grew up spending time with family on his parent's ranch in the Texas hill country where he learned to love the land from his father. He also spent many years working with his father in law on the family farm near Hockley.
While at Texas A&M University, Jack studied Wildlife Fisheries Science, Forestry, Biology and earned bachelors degree in Animal Science. This knowledge along with a lifelong love of hunting, fishing, camping and the outdoors, has giving him a broad knowledge base and insight into farm and ranch property.
He and his wife Laurie moved recently to their property in Fayette County near Fayetteville, Tx. They have two grown kids with wonderful spouses, three grandchildren and lots of family. They are leaders in their church, Grace Bible Church and involved in many charitable organizations including Camp For All in Washington County.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys camping, gardening, long walks with his dog Charlie, hunting, travelling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Born and raised in Dallas, Dovie moved to Houston after attending Texas Tech University and graduating from North Texas University with a degree in education. After several years of teaching, Dovie looked for something else and chose residential real estate, earning her license in 1980. Beginning her practice in relocation sales, Dovie quickly discovered that the business required efficiency and long hours. Undaunted, she soon compounded sale upon sale to become a top producer. Over the years, Dovie has been a successful agent, sales manager and broker-owner.
Dovie wasn’t only selling and managing over the years; she was developing her unique and highly successful management style while giving back to the profession she quickly admits “has been very good” to her. Dovie was elected chairman of the board for the Houston Association of Realtors in 2003, and has served as a director for both the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. She has also served as a member of the TAR executive board. Her most cherished award was received in 2005 when she was named Realtor of the Year by the Houston Association of Realtors. After many years of contributing her time and efforts to various committees and functions for HAR, TAR and NAR, Dovie received the Omega Tau Rho Award for outstanding volunteer service in 2004 from TAR. She presently serves on the HAR Board of Directors and the MLS Committee.
In 2012, Dovie joined Greenwood King Properties as a Sales Manager for the the Voss office. Her primary responsibilities are new agent recruitment and on-going professional agent training and certification classes to help agents take their business to the next level. Dovie encourages agents to “work smart each and every day and success will follow,” and she takes great pride in seeing agents prosper at Greenwood King Properties.

After we realized how peaceful the country life can be, we purchased acreage in Washington County, Texas between the small towns of Burton and Round Top. My husband of 41 years, Don Blome (who is also a licensed Tx Realtor) and our three adult children and 5 grandchildren enjoy sharing our stunning sunsets, the dark country skies, various wildlife, roaming the acreage in our CanAm and fishing in our pond. I specialize in 5 counties (Washington, Fayette, Austin, Colorado and Lee County). Each small town and community, are a great place to visit but even a better place to call home. Helen's real estate roots run deep.Her family has been in real estate development for over fifty years. She has always taken an active part in the business. Helen got her license in 1976 and her first experience was with a Houston home-builder. When her husband's company transferred him to Corpus Christi she joined a commercial company. When they returned to Houston she joined John Daugherty Realtors as the Farm and Ranch manager. That gave Helen and her husband Fred the excuse to become full time residents of Washington County. They moved to their family farm in Chappell Hill in 1992 and have been an active part of that community. When Daugherty closed his Farm and Ranch division Helen commuted to Houston for several years to go back into commercial real estate. She changed directions when the opportunity presented itself and joined a local green house grower in Brenham and was in management for several years… She decided to somewhat retire and just handle family business until Cathy Cole encouraged her to join Heritage Texas Country Properties. Helen says you just cannot get real estate out of your blood. Helen and Fred have been married for over fifty years and he is retired from oil and gas exploration. They have two grown sons,a wonderful daughter-in-law and two terrific grandchildren.
