G.K. (JEFF) MARKHAM is the principal broker for MARKHAM REALTY, INC. He has 49 years experience in real estate sales, establishing Markham Realty in 1970. His expertise is primarily in land, including acreage investments, ranches, timberlands, hunting properties and weekend retreats. He is also involved in commercial properties in and around the Huntsville area. Jeff was born in Huntsville, graduated from Deer Park High School, and attended Sam Houston State University (1966-1970) majoring in Agribusiness. He has been involved with the Walker County Fair Association since 1981, serving as a vice-president for six years and pro-rodeo chairman for the first nine years of the event. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Huntsville. Jeff feels that Huntsville, Walker County, and the surrounding area offer an exciting future.

ROBERTA PLANT has been a Markham Realty, Inc. Realtor ® since 1999. She is a past President of the Huntsville Board of Realtors and Director for Texas Association of Realtors. She is on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Wynne and was marketing chairman for The Wynne Home Arts Center committee implementation project. She also has been a member of the Walker County Appraisal Review Board, the City of Huntsville Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Huntsville Horizon Comprehensive Plan Committee. Her career in real estate was an opportunity to combine educational, personal and professional experience as an artist, home economist, public speaker, customer relation’s trainer, and manager for an electric utility. She raised three sons and has been an enthusiastic resident of Huntsville since 1972. Cristina loves #realestating 24/7. Born and raised in the heart of Central America, in the Republic of Honduras. She is proud Alumni of the American School of Tegucigalpa, where she got her International Baccalaureate, following family tradition she moved to Texas. She lived in Austin and College Station before falling in love with Huntsville, where she graduated business school at Sam Houston State University. She comes from a family of Real Estate Agents & Entrepreneurs, and became a Real Estate Professional in 2014.
