Rebecca began her career in real estate about 15 years ago in Hannibal, Missouri as an investor, buying and selling fixer uppers. In 2010, when her husband was transferred by the railroad to Houston,TX, she knew she was home for good. Shani's early life took place in Elkhart, Kansas, and she was raised on her family's farm in Dalhart, Texas. Throughout high school and college, she was involved in rodeo, including being a Trick-rider for the 777 Rodeo Company. She pursued a nursing career during college, earning a license in Vocational Nursing from Navarro College. Shani worked as an administrative nurse in geriatric care before transitioning to real estate in the summer of 2022 when she obtained her real estate license.
