During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. She has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry, which has proved to be an invaluable asset and has helped her exceed her clients' expectations. No one likes surprises during the buying or selling process, so Penny ensures that her clients' know what to expect through each step between the initial agreement to the closing.
By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back.
