Visit new communities, preview or go to open houses, learn about the school district(s), businesses, traffic, shopping etc. One of the best pieces of advice given to me was, \"Everything on your calendar is an appointment.\" - it doesn\'t matter what it is, baseball game, doctor or play date....it is an appointment.
