The Listing Agent will receive the full Seller’s Disclosure IF my Client asks me to send it. If we are are in negotiations, I type up the Amendment with specific wording (who/what/where/when) and send only the pages of the Inspection that address what is in the Amendment. Also, IF the contract is terminated, no need to give the next Buyer a “free” inspection!
