Are you doing your buyer client a disservice when you agree to not send the seller\'s agent an inspection report at the seller\'s agent\'s request?

That is not a disservice to my Client. The Buyer is my Client. I give the Buyer my advice & opinions, but I follow their instructions. The Listing Agent will receive the full Seller’s Disclosure IF my Client asks me to send it. If we are are in negotiations, I type up the Amendment with specific wording (who/what/where/when) and send only the pages of the Inspection that address what is in the Amendment. Also, IF the contract is terminated, no need to give the next Buyer a “free” inspection!
