I have sold homes, condos, townhomes, land and lake properties in the Austin and surrounding areas full time since 1983. It is a real pleasure to help buyers and sellers find their dream home! I also have experience with remodeling and building homes. I have been living in Austin, Texas since 1978. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended college in California where I obtained a 2 year Associates degree from Palomar Junior College. I became a full time licensed real estate agent in 1983. At the time I became licensed there were approximately 1,000 real estate agents in the Austin area. At that time everyone worked the whole city. Because of this I have a wide familiarity with the entire Austin market, lake properties and farm and ranch properties that are located within a one hour driving range surrounding Austin. I have worked across a large spectrum of subdivisions and locations in Austin. I have a broad knowledge of the history of many subdivisions, who built in the area, soil conditions that affect the integrity of construction, types of construction used in various time periods, and how these factors can affect your contemplated home purchase. I have also assisted clients with helping design, remodel and build homes over the years. I also know and have an understanding of remodeling costs, structural issues and soil conditions that can affect the integrity, value and repair issues that come up when either buying or selling a home. When I'm not assisting clients, you'll often find me immersed in aquascaping, fishkeeping, and tending to my plant collection. My love for the outdoors extends to thrilling camping adventures, leisurely tubing down the picturesque San Marcos River, and indulging in refreshing swims at Barton Springs. As a 4th generation Austinite, I've gotten to know my beautiful city pretty well. I got my start in the Austin real estate market in 2006 while doing property management covering the Barton Springs and South Lamar area. Afterwards, I moved on to a job dealing with condominium development and construction. That's where I fell in love with the big picture of renovations, design and project management.

I left the company in my mid 20s to persue my dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. I opened my first eyelash extension salon in 2009. We quickly grew to 3 Austin locations in a short 2 years. After 6 years and feeling burnt out with beauty, I decided to return to my original passion - the Austin real estate market.

I acquired my first flip house in 2015. The renovation and design process was incredibly rewarding and the project was a big success. Shorty after, I decided to embark on a career in real estate full time as an Austin Realtor.

I have managed to serve thousands of satisfied clients in Austin over my entrepreneurial lifetime. I am hard working and extremely dedicated to my clients. My keen eye for design and negotiating skills have set me apart from others.
