I was first licensed as a Texas Realtor in 1992 shortly out of college before starting a lengthy career in property claims. I started real estate investing in 2007 acquiring multiple single-family properties, which I personally managed for several years. In 2016, I reinstated my license and began helping friends with real estate transactions part-time while still handling claims. The knowledge gained in claims adjusting business gives me a slight edge in evaluating the property and for having a really good idea of what the cost are for getting properties restored or updated.
I recently decided to become a full-time Realtor.. I am partnered with Keller Williams Houston Preferred and I office out of Pearland. Keller Williams has outstanding training and support which always keeps me up to date on the ever evolving TREC changes. In many cases before they even become effective. Keller Williams also spends millions of dollars annually on technology to make sure I have the latest tools and systems necessary to provide the best possible service to my clients.
