My background goes as follows: Born and raised in Port Arthur Texas. I graduated from the great Prairie View A&M University with a distinguish degree in Economics and also earned a Masters in Education. I worked as a certified teacher for 10 years in Fort Bend ISD. Staying in a familiar mode of sales I decided to go into Real Estate dating back since 1997 which has branded me with the passion of practicing Real Estate. Originally from Puerto Rico (El sí habla Español), Carlos has lived in the greater Houston area since 1986. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Houston. He has been married to his wife Leslie for over 25 years. Together, they share two wonderful young adult children and a not so well behaved maltipoos, Kiko & Stitch.

Carlos is very committed to giving back to his community, both through his professional service and personal volunteer efforts. Currently, he serves as National Exchange Club Foundation President. He is a past president of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, past Treasurer of the After Hours Exchange Club of Greater Fort Bend, and the Exchange Club TX-LA Gulf Coast District Past President. The Exchange Club is focused on bettering communities through projects that promote Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities, and the Prevention of Child Abuse.

In his free time, Carlos loves to be surrounded by friends and family. On any given weekend, you'll probably find him relaxing in the pool or riding his motorcycle through the Hill Country.

While she only has three biological children, Alice is a mother to many.

Always true to her southern roots, Alice has maintained a love for her family, friends, and her heritage as she has tackled many projects and charities. Alice is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and an active member of Alcorn State University’s Alumni Association and has been honored for her contributions and time in her community. She is a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Richmond, Texas, Texas Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and MLS.
