Prior to entering Houston's vibrant real estate market, I spent 15 years in the retail business, six of those working as a manager for Dayton Hudson's Mervyn's chain, so managing a business has been the foundation of my career. Since 2000 I have been active in the residential real estate market, as a consultant for Friendswood Development Company , remaining active in all facets of the company's marketing program. In October of 2013 I was awarded Greater Houston Builder's Association award, "Marketing Director of the Year," I am familiar with both the selling and buying sides of the real estate market and am among Houston's growing number of transplanted Texans. Working contract for Friendswood in Houston real estate and has taught me the true value of the real estate profession. In 1987 I earned a business degree from Louisiana State University & in 1988 I married. I am the mother of two children.

Their smiles keep my heart beating!” Liz and her husband also find time to volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
