Cyndi Kornegay is an experienced real estate broker with a well-respected background of more than twenty-eight years servicing clients in the greater Houston area. As an expert in real estate listings and a specialist in new construction, she has ranked twenty-fifth out of all agents on HAR and has sold over 2,000 properties throughout her career. With her guiding principle "Real Estate recreated around you", Cyndi is committed to providing a personalized and unique experience for each of her clients. As a native Houstonian, Cyndi was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Houston, where she was active on campus and achieved the title of President of her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, her senior year. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has been married to Brad Kornegay, an accomplished manager and construction consultant, for over 22 years and together, they designed and built their own home in the suburbs of Houston. They have three children spanning from college age to kindergarten. Cyndi began her real estate career with Coventry Homes in 1995, where she developed her own business plan prioritizing integrity, dedication, and communication while assisting clients with their dream homes. By 2001, she was named Manager of Realtor Relations for Coventry Homes, and in 2013, she was promoted to Vice President of Listing Services and Broker for Texas, a position she held for ten years.

Cyndi has spent the past two decades enhancing her skills in real estate and perfecting her business plan, which has led to a range of impressive accomplishments. In 2022, she achieved an outstanding sales volume of $126,000,000 and was ranked among the top agents on HAR. Her exceptional status has afforded her numerous opportunities to work with leading builders and personal clients in Texas, and she has developed expertise in listing their most prestigious properties, earning the designation of a "new construction specialist" within the industry. Cyndi's business has grown primarily through client referrals, which she treasures as the highest compliment. Satisfied clients recommend her services to their friends and family, and she has established a solid foundation of repeat business as a result. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Grace was a Travel Consultant and Assistant Manager for a travel agency in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has personal experience in relocation, moving from Canada in 1997, first to Midland, Texas, then to Oslo, Norway, back to Midland, and now a resident of Katy, Texas since 2002. From these moves and experiences, Grace understands first-hand what a family goes through emotionally, physically and financially as they relocate. She is there to simplify the process and make the transition easier and less stressful for everyone. Thanks to her warm and compassionate nature, Grace’s clients often become friends in the process of working together.

Grace speaks Danish,with a reading knowledge of written Danish and Norwegian. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cruising, decorating, reading, and volunteering.

Brandon Scott resides in Cinco Ranch in Katy, TX with his wife Sarah and his three girls, Mia, Lila, and Nora. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, working out, watching Oklahoma Sooner sports, helping coach his girls teams, volunteering at his daughters' schools, volunteering at church, spending time with his family, and playing with their pets.
