Originally from Indiana, Kelly Harpold has called The Woodlands, Texas home since 2006. She and her husband raised their three children here and have been involved in the community through their many activities over the years. Since 2013 and becoming licensed in 2015, Kelly has worked on a multi-million dollar sales producing team which focuses on The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia and Conroe areas. In January, 2021 Kelly made the decision to be an independent agent. In 1998, Rhonda moved from San Diego, California, to Houston Texas. She loves the sense of community, boundless opportunity, and never ending energy of the city. One of her biggest professional/personal motivators as a realtor has been witnessing the momentous growth of Houston and wanting to share her expertise and desire to serve others with each and every client she takes on.
Before she entered the real estate world, she wore many professional hats, having worked as a portfolio accountant, an operating room coordinator, manager at an upscale lounge, and she even started her own
entertainment promotions company. Years of experience in the service industry, lifelong exposure to residential homes (her father was a general contractor and she took every opportunity to learn his valuable skills), knowledge of creating and following systems and analytics, and a servant leader attitude made choosing a career in real estate the perfect fit for Rhonda. In 2013, she began her career as a Realtor and has put her personal vision, value and belief of fulfillment in life through being of service to others at the forefront of what she offers to her clients. In March of 2019, she also began to coach and train new agents through her experience, knowledge and heart of service by joining the Leadership Team of Keller Williams Advantage Realty, to further serve those who also have a heart for helping others, creating lives worth living, businesses worth having and legacies worth leaving.

When she is not spending time with clients, Rhonda enjoys being around her husband and two children (14 and 9 years old), and their extended families. In 2009, she embarked on the journey to an avid practice of Taekwondo, where she persistently trained to achieve the rank of first degree black belt. She credits her unbreakable focus and ability to set/exceed personal goals to the hard work that she put in for this achievement and applies the principles and values of the practice to her life and work, and approaches every situation with a black belt attitude of perseverance, honour with others, integrity within herself and respect for everyone around her.
She has recently completed her certification courses as a Certified Charitable Real Estate Specialist and is a preferred Agent of the Veterans Land Board and also certified in HECM lending sales for people 62 and older, in order to be a valuable partner to others in the pursuit of their dreams. She is a member in good standing at the Houston Association of Realtors,Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
