Tracey Bogan is a native of Houston Texas. He grew up in the Humble/Atascocita area. After graduating from Humble High School, Tracey attended Texas Southern University, where he completed a Bachelor's of Business Administration and Management.. After graduation Tracey began working with Delta Airlines in Atlanta GA, where he was able to master leadership, customer service and problem solving skills. Due to a desire to return to Houston, Tracey worked a brief stint with Allstate Insurance before finally finding his "why" as a Regional Director of Kids Hope USA. As a Regional Director Tracey was able to sell over 100 Church programs to match a 1000+ at-risk youth to qualified mentors. During this time period, Tracey focused all of his time and energy into helping kids "make the right call in life" through mentoring, coaching and officiating. Ready for a new challenge, Tracey obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license and quickly joined FYI Realty. By merging his passion for real estate with helping others, Tracey can now help buyers and sellers "make the right call" in their Real Estate Journey's. Tracey uses this new Real Estate platform to continue his previous mission and thus allocates a portion of all sales to a non-profit organization that focuses on helping at-risk youth.
Michael Joseph has been engaged in the real estate industry since 11/1/99. While in the process of building my experiences as a Real Estate agent, he was trained by Texas Supreme Mortgage as a loan officer.
The training was very intense - from reading W-2's to understanding credit reports and debt to income ratios. Then Michael was employed by Roger Suurmeyer Appraisal company. The training received from this company helped to develop his eyes to see value and defects in properties.
