Tricia's real estate experience dates back to 1994. At Womac & Associates, a commercial real estate and litigation law firm, her experience included procedural law, evaluation, organization, analysis and communication of relevant facts and legal concepts. In 2000, Tricia was retained by the Houston Rockets and Comets to direct the relocation needs of the teams as the Business Travel/Corporate Housing Negotiator for 5 seasons. Her next move brought her to Miami, Florida in 2005 where she worked with the President of Commodore Realty, David Puyanic. This role involved the management of 1 million square feet of grocery and retail space throughout the state of Florida. Tricia worked directly with the CEO to review lease contracts & reconciling triple net leases in addition to managing and coordinating punch lists with various contractors & maintenance crews.
