Licensed since 2002, Katinka has experience across the real estate spectrum, including marketing and selling inner-loop single-family homes, farm and ranch properties, lots, townhomes and condos. She was the principal of her own brokerage company for over 12 years during which she successfully co-developed and subdivided a 500-acre country project and sold many properties throughout Central Texas.

Katinka has enjoyed designing and restoring numerous properties, including serving as the designer and general contractor of a complete commercial building restoration of her own successful art and antiques store.

Her broad knowledge, passion, and attention to detail is a product of her diverse background and life experiences. Born and educated in the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and France, Katinka is fluent in four languages and has degrees and work experience in both interior design and hotel management.

Her design degree along with her almost twenty years of real estate experience have been vital in developing a discerning eye to seamlessly unite exceptional people with extra ordinary homes and lifestyles. Katinka prides herself on guiding her clients through the real estate process with a genuine respect for both the personal and financial investment she is entrusted with. 

A Houston resident of 25 years, Katinka continues indulging in her passion of selling and buying fine art, loves travel, yoga and spending time with her horses and miniature donkeys on weekends.
