Neel is a Fort Bend County resident for the past 38 years. He graduated from Clements High School and attended UT Austin before earning his Pharmacy Degree from the University of Houston. When he is not working, Neel enjoys playing basketball with his kids, watching sci-fi movies, and doing yard work. He currently resides in Sienna Plantation with his wife of 20 years and their three children.
