Being born into a family with a strong background in Real Estate, Chase Fabling was raised in Houston's Energy Corridor where he attended Spring Branch Schools and often assisted in his family's real estate business. Moving inside the loop 9 years ago, Chase attended the University of Houston, completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance. A member of the Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars, Chase participated in numerous courses relevant to analyzing market trends including Applied Econometrics and Data Mining. Chase hopes to use his background to help his clients make solid investment decisions for both their personal residences and business endeavors. Chase, currently a resident of Near Northside, specializes in serving clients in areas in which he has resided including Montrose, East Downtown, Midtown, The Heights, First Ward & West Houston/Energy Corridor.

Ivana lives in Houston Texas for 7 years and loves her city. Previous to a career in real estate, I had a long career working in distribution with a fortune 500 corporation. I retired from my corporate position to join forces with my wife Michelle as a top producing real estate team. The majority of our business stems from past clients and referrals.
