Over 20 yrs ago Della started her real estate career to go along with her Tae Kwon Do studio. Today real estate is her only career with a high importance of helping families get the home they want or sell when they are ready to move on. Over the years Della has done a variety of types of real estate, each give her the experience to help you with your real estate needs. She is always ready for a new challenge to help you get what you are looking for. Her dedication & caring that her students saw in her martial arts studio is what you will see when she assists you with your real estate needs.

My objective is to provide excellence in everything I do. I have been a resident of Texas since March, 2014. I was born and raised in California and lived in Nevada County since 1981. During that time I was involved with the insurance and securities industry before becoming a loan officer in 1996. From there I became a broker and formed two corporations. I look at my profession as a mission, to be able to help others while "doing excellence". Integrity is everything to me and relationships are the key to work and life. My clients are also the people that I see in town, at the grocery store, busy doing life, like me; excellence is the only way! My goal is to create a great group of clients and to help them make home ownership a reality, whether they are first time or seasoned home buyers. I am anxious to work with a company that has the same values and that is willing to share knowledge, support and care.

Terri Pierce is a perfect example of hard work, honesty, and dedication in addition to her vast real estate knowledge that she brings to every transaction. Before becoming a REALTOR, Terri spent 17 years teaching a variety of business classes and coaching at the high school level. With her teaching experience, she is able to gather all information pertaining to real estate transactions and owning real estate, and present it to her clients in a manner that will be easy for them to understand. Terri chose to become a REALTOR after gaining a greater interest in real estate through her own experiences in buying and selling investment properties in the Austin area. Terri has a BS in Business Administration from Texas State University and she received her Real Estate licensing through Champions School of Real Estate in Austin. She is a member of TAR (Texas Association of REALTORS, ABOR (Austin Board of REALTORS) and NAR (National Association of REALTORS). Terri's goal as a REALTOR is to help people every step of the way when purchasing or selling homes while making them feel confident and comfortable. She is ready, willing and able to serve your real estate needs whether you are looking to lease, buy or sell.

Kim Wilson, Associate Broker began her career in real estate in 2005 after working several years as a teacher in Hawaii. She is a graduate from the University of California, Riverside and says that after living in many different and wonderful places, she has finally found her home in Austin. "I just can't imagine living anywhere else!" Kim has two children, and remains actively involved in the school system as a volunteer. She was drawn to a career in real estate based on the opportunity it provides for her to interact with people and assist with their relocation needs. "I've found that I have a nurturing personality, which serves my clients well during what can be a very stressful transition in their lives."Kim is currently a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Kim is an active member of the community by volunteering her time in the Austin school system and in the bicycling community.
