Prior to finding his true career passion in real estate, Joel Bickley spent more than a decade honing his customer service and marketing skills in the financial industry as a financial analyst with Smith Barney and in the Private Club industry in Member Relations and Membership Sales. After purchasing his first home, Joel realized he wanted to help others through the experience. After obtaining his salespersons licenses in 2002, Joel went to work for a local boutique real estate firm which specialized in new construction within the prestigious "Inner Loop" of Houston, Texas. Joel's level of customer dedication and follow-up quickly led to him joining the firm's team of Developer Consultants. He worked closely with developers to assist them with land acquisition, design and finish-out of future developments, and the eventual marketing and sales of the property. A short time later, Joel was recruited by another national Sales and Marketing Team for a new, luxury high-rise condominium community located in the Texas Medical Center of Houston.
