Karen is a native Texan. She started her own business in her late twenties in kitchen and bath industry and for the last 20 years has owned operated her company as CFO from the ground up. She has turned her passion to real estate after personally investing in the buying and selling of commercial, personal, and farm and ranch real estate. Armed with the knowledge and experience of both sides of the table provides her with the advantage of walking her clients through a smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers. In her extra curricular activities Karen and her husband are members of Second Baptist Church and co-teach bible study. She is a member of the Women's Council of Real Estate and is an Accredited Staging Professional, as well as Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, and also holds a Certified Negotiation Expert certification. She is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
