DINING. Cleverly designed to be offset from the living so it has a feeling of privacy and is more of a defined space yet still maintaining the open plan living concept.
DINING. We staged with a six seater table but you could easily have a table with extensions and fit 8. 
PANTRY. Everything about 4010 Lanark feels "larger scale" with the walk in pantry being no exception.
WINE ROOM. The current owners kept this wine room as built but you could convert to a bigger wine storage area, the space is all there.
POWDER. Located away from the living and kitchen areas, back towards the front door.
PRIMARY SUITE. It's hard to convey just how spectacular the primary bedroom and bathroom are with dimensions not typically seen. This is a king bed and there is still ample space, amplified by tall ceilings and that gorgeous big window. 
Plenty room for more furniture, sitting area, desk, the peloton or all of the above!
PRIMARY BATHROOM. Everyone says "wow" when they step into the primary bathroom. It's huge! With a neutral grey and white color palette, the design is timeless.

ENTRY. Being more recent construction, the home is elevated, a major plus in Houston. A welcoming, covered front porch to keep your mail and parcels out of the weather.
4010 Lanark is walkable to Starbucks, Whole Foods, Slow Pokes and many other local stores. It's also close to Mark Twain Elementary, St Marks Episcopal and the YMCA. Rice Village is bike-able or a few minutes in the car.
Just on the other side of Rice Village you'll find Rice University. Around the perimeter there is a gravel trail, shaded by majestic live oaks. This 2 mile trail is loved year round by locals for walking and jogging.
