“I've said this before and will say again, Yenny is our GO-TO realtor! This home was for my father's estate with tenants living there for 7 years, on a a month-to-month lease and little to no action from my elderly father. The house was in atrocious shape of pure dilapidation, including an unpermitted structure put up by the tenants. Hopes for a market value sale was extremely dismal for his estate. Once again, she did her market research, came up with a plan of action, and the house sold very quickly. Yenny magically negotiated a great selling price that included the Buyer paying Title costs, resulting in a total market value sale!”
