2 lbs of fresh salmon (skinned)
Cedar planks soaked in water for 2 hours
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Black pepper
BBQ Rub (your favorite)
Italian seasoning
Morton's season salt
Season fish decently, prepare grill to 300 deg. Add pecan wood to smoke. Place fish on cedar planks and place on hot grill. Cook for 30 to 40 min depending on the thickness of the fish. Remove and completely enjoy with family and maybe friends. (It's so good, friends may not get any! LOL!) But let me know how it turns out for you.
