Can't find what you are looking for?

Have you been shopping and you can't find the home of your dreams?

Well, maybe it's time that you start looking at homes that don't look like something that you would buy.  What?????  Yes, I said that!

I have had several buyers (including myself) that have ended up buying the home that they refused to SEE based on what they saw on the MLS listing.  It appears that "bad" pictures or descriptions keep buyers and agents from seeing some homes.  Unfortunately many people have made that mistake!

Not all agents hire photographers to take their pictures.  Sometimes agents take pictures that don't show the home as it really is.  The lighting might have been bad, the camera may not be the best on the market, the sellers' personal belongings might not be what you like (or maybe they have bad taste), or maybe the home just isn't photogenic.

Maybe the agent and buyer didn't come up with the best description of the home.  Maybe what they thought was important isn't important to you!   Our MLS limits the number of characters and sometimes agents can't include everything they want to.  There is soooo much more to the homes than what you see on the listing page.

If the home comes up in your search per your criteria... give it chance!  Take a look.  You have nothing to lose (except maybe a few minutes of your time).   It's worth it... you might realize that you missed a great home for many days and your search is finally over!
