FIRST Lets get you qualified
- I schedule the appointments and show you the houses (people think this is simple but there is much more that goes into this)
- I run the comps, and negotiate terms and price (we want to know if what you are buying is going to appraise once we are in contract)
- I will guide you to the perfect title company to complete about 80% of the work needed to continue the purchase
- I will give you a list of Inspection Companies
- Lender will notify appraiser
- I negotiate all repairs
- Appraiser will turn in report (either its back to negotiations or it passed and on to closing we go) 
Yes there are more details to buying however this is to let you know that you as the buyer will be assisted by me, a licensed professional that will go above and beyond for you.
