Wade Knight

Wade enjoys the real estate business immensely and takes pleasure in affording each client the utmost respect and excellent service. Wade's personal attention to his clientele and their detailed needs has resulted in continued repeat business and on-going direct referrals. His professionalism and patience have made him a Martha Turner Sotheby International Realty Circle of Excellence winner every year since joining the company in 1999 and a member of the company Hall of Fame. Knight again returns to the GOLD level of the company in 2018.

Known for having a keen eye, Wade is especially adept in helping clients choose building sites, find homes for renovation, and discover bold, contemporary living spaces in newer construction. Wade’s knowledge of Houston’s most popular neighborhoods is comprehensive, and includes residential high-rise buildings, single family dwellings, townhomes, and multi-family properties. Very experienced in handling relocation transactions, he has assisted countless sellers and buyers who have transferred in and out of the city.

A life-long Houstonian, Wade grew up in River Oaks and attended Houston's St. Thomas High School. He graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock where he participated in campus recruiting and served as an officer in Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Wade resides in a loft building in Montrose.

Wade is an avid scuba diver and enjoys working out, being an uncle, walking his dogs Luke & Ruby. Wade loves cooking & anything outdoors. Knight volunteers for and supports; The Great Age Movement (thegreatage.org), H.R.C. ( Human Rights Campaign), the M.S. 150 yearly cycling event, Ecclesia Church & The Houston S.P.C.A. For Pets.
