From Tricia Eby's point of view, she has the perfect background to be an effective and successful Realtor. Thanks to being a trained CPA and having a 20 year career in sales, she possesses a strong work ethic and is very detail-oriented, always making sure every last thing is handled and there are no loose ends. As if that were not enough, she points out that she is also the CEO, CFO and COO of her household , one that includes her husband, David, her two daughters, Erin who is 16, and Lauren who is 14, and three dogs - which takes a lot of energy and a multitude of skills like organization, diplomacy and patience to keep it all going and ensure that everyone has what they need. She treats her clients like family, working hard to make sure they are happy with the results

A native Houstonian who has lived in Houston all her life, was raised in Meyerland and went to high school at Bellaire High school, she knows the inner city, Medical Center area very well, and the history and transition of all the surrounding neighborhoods over the years, not to mention their amenities, schools, shopping, available sports and, well, you name it. Tricia knows, for example, that for families with children, finding the perfect home means finding excellent schools. Her familiarity and knowledge of the schools, the surrounding areas, and which neighborhoods are good for families are invaluable assets for those clients.

But, she is careful not to limit her reach. A happy person who is levelheaded but feisty and enjoys laughing, she loves being around people getting to know more about them and their families, and listening to their life stories, then matching them to their needs. Tricia believes that there is a buyer for every home, and that there is a home for every buyer. She enjoys the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers of every stripe and at every stage of home ownership: first time home buyers, those moving up with expanding families, those who are relocating to Houston, empty-nesters who are downsizing and everyone in between.

Her primary desire for her clients is to help them find a home, not just a house. She knows that buying or selling a home takes teamwork, which is why she treats each real estate transaction as a partnership and works diligently with clients to build successful relationships. Of course, her ultimate goal is to rank among the very top producers at Keller Williams.

Friends and family hold an important place in her life. She%u219s been married to her husband, David for 30 years, and loves hanging out with him and their daughters, watching their girls%u219 sports events and taking lots of pictures!
