Originally born and raised in San Jose, California, I relocated to Houston, TX in 1999. While in California I was a mortgage loan officer until 1997. In the late 90's, at the age of 23, I opened my first online business. At the time, the internet in most people's minds was America Online. I created and designed my first website for my company, Personalized Chocolate, LLC., located at www.gocandy.com where it still operates today almost 20 years later. As a Chocolatier, I have produced personalized chocolate for 175 Fortune 500 Companies such as, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Apple, Bank of America, Starbuck, Disney and many many more. My chocolate coins have been featured on the Food Network, Martha Stewart Living and The View. Selling to some of the largest companies in the world takes keen negotiation and advertising skills. These same skills are used to negotiate and advertise on your behalf for your real estate transactions. I am a member of the prestigious CB&A Realtors. You will not find a more experienced team of agents in the Greater Houston Area. I utilize the latest tools and technology and posses an in depth knowledge of this vast Houston geographical area. My wife and I recently bought our first home with Tim as our realtor and he did a fantastic job! He walked us through every step and really got to know us to make sure we got the home we wanted. A great example of his service was that my wife and I wanted to look at a few particular homes we saw on the web before we agreed to work with him and he warned us its not what we wanted based on the conversations we had with him but went ahead and spent an entire afternoon visiting them. He had other houses he wanted us to see but he never denied our interest and never once saying "this is a bad buy" he pointed out features that we did not think about and simply made sure we were aware of them (I am referencing how rooms come together and pointing out quirks such as unusable space in the yard due to angles of property lines and not just maintenance problems). In the end he was right and we are glad he let us come to the decisions ourselves, never putting any pressure and helping us consider what we truly wanted in our home.
