Stephen is superbly informed and knowledgeable, affable, inquisitive, and therefore knows implicitly what his client wants. He is patient with first- time neophyte home buyers, and will gladly educate and answer questions ad infinitum. He is tenacious, positive and forever supportive. One of the most impressive characteristics he displayed were his negotiating skills with home sellers and their agents. Truly a rainmaker in that aspects. A consummate professional. <br />
