This townhouse shares one wall with the neighbor. The primary bedroom is above the two car garage. There is a covered porch. The windows to the right are for the staircase. There is a small side and back yard.
The parking spot on the left is reserved for this unit. It is great when company comes to have parking nearby for them. 
The entry is covered and has a glass inserted wood door and window above the door that allows extra light into the home.
Entry. The door to the left leads to the guest/half bath.
When you walk into the entry you find first floor living. The dining room is large and allows you to easily extend the table into the hall so you can have huge seated dinner parties. The door leads to the guest bath.
The dining room features wood floors, high ceilings, chandelier and two large windows with Hunter Douglass wood blinds. There is also a dry bar (not shown in this view).
