This baby is clean & freshly-painted from head to toe. No back neighbor & there is a gate leading out to the walking path. Roof, dishwasher, disposal & water heater were all replaced in 2022. No carpet, just tile & luxury vinyl plank flooring. My favorite feature is how the large kitchen overlooks the even larger family room w/ gas log fireplace. Speaking of kitchen, it's so spread out that you could add your own island & still have room to dance when 'Alexa' plays that song you like (c'mon, we all do it). There is a study nook just off of the kitchen w/ built-in desk & cabinets. Check out the big formal dining up front (yes, it should fit that massive farm table). Your bedroom sits privately at the back of the home w/ double sinks, a soaking tub & separate shower. The closet has a nice stretch of built-ins. The sides of the home have ample yardspace & a storage building that will stay.
