I was looking for a very specific property type - a loft condominium with downtown views. Teri found the PERFECT home for me in a short period of time. Along the way she helped me navigate through the various facets of the real estate transaction with professionalism and efficiency.

My financial situation was unique and she matched me up with the right mortgage broker for my needs. She has an arsenal of well qualified support people including punctual inspectors, etc. And the backup of a highly reputable real estate company. Teri has an interior design background which was extremely helpful as I thought through how I wanted to decorate my new space - suggesting styles and even recommending vendors for particular fixtures or furnishings.

She had a great rapport with the selling agent which helped me get a deal I was happy with. The closing process was the quickest I've ever had. I cannot think of anything I would have her do differently, and I would highly recommend her to my friends.
