I believe that a lot goes into preparation of the property before the Listing goes active on the market. I follow trends in home designs and I work with Sellers on the Best First Impression of their home as part of success strategy. I spend the necessary time preparing custom Marketing plan for each property to position it for the best possible financial outcome. I helped many clients and sold millions in Real Estate transactions. I am highly trained in a professional customer service and I am certified negotiation export, which are two important keys in a successful Real Estate transaction. In the past, I worked medium to high-risk accounts for over 9 years in a large financial corporation. I brought those skills into my business when working with clients, or businesses that are part of a transaction. I guarantee trustworthiness and confidentiality. I am loyal to my clients, always! Over the years, I mentored a few new agents to make the Real Estate a better Industry and I taught a class for Buyers in a community center in Spring Branch. My personal goal is learning continuously and applying it to my daily work. I volunteered for some time at the Houston Gem and Mineral Society as a Treasurer. I have been in TX for almost 10 years and for over 22 years in The United States. I have been in many places in the World and I truly enjoyed them! I have masters in Economics.
