I met Shara over a year and half ago and she stayed consistent and communicated with me regularly until I found my dream home. I am a first time home buyer and I was so lost on where to even begin. I reached out to Shara just to get some basic information on doing an out of state move and she was so detailed and put my mind at ease on how to get through the whole process. We ended up going with a new build and being out of state it was a little nerve racking for me, since I wasn’t able to check on everything myself. Shara checked on my house like it was her own giving me weekly, and sometimes even daily updates if needed. She even stepped in when my builder and loan officer were being difficult to work with. Overall she was a pleasure to work with, I can’t wait to buy another house!!!

Coming in as a first time homebuyer I was nervous to get the process started. Tashara was exceptional throughout the entire process. From the first phone conversation all the way up to the day I walked into my house with the keys, she was there along the way. She always made me feel comfortable, explained everything in full detail, and even after purchasing my home she still checks in to see how things are going with the house. She is a wonderful realtor and I look forward to working with her in the future!

Wow. I don’t even know where to begin! From the moment I had my first conversation with Shara, I was blown away by how knowledgeable she is in the real estate field. As a new homeowner, I was a bit intimidated by the entire home buying process, but after my first conversation with her, I knew that there was no other realtor I wanted to share this journey with. She sat in the phone with me for over an hour, explaining everything in detail, step-by-step! I loved the fact that she was available during the entire process and worked diligently to find a home perfect for me. She even negotiated free washer/dryer units, as well as a refrigerator. I have heard so many horror stories about buying a home, and for this to be my first home, Shara made the process so pleasant. I will be hiring her again in about 7-10 years when I’m ready to move again :)
