I began my career in real estate in 1993 when I joined my parents, Sandy and Jerry Laine, taking over all operations and administrative duties at RE/MAX Champions in Spring, Texas. I was fortunate to be able to build a foundation from my parents that helped catapult my Real Estate career! . In 1994 I got my Real Estate License & Joined RE/MAX Northwest to build my own business. In 1995 I was awarded by RE/MAX of Texas, Rookie of the Year earning over 3 million in sales my first year in the business. Through the years, I have worked with my mother as an undesignated team! . 80% of our business is from past clients and repeat business! . I have earned my Hall of Fame award and my Lifetime achievement award with RE/MAX. I have been recognized at a top 100 agents in the state of Texas and was a Platinum award recipient in 2020 closing over 10 million dollars in production. . 2020 was a challenge for everyone! My daughter, Shelby Waltz, who graduated from Texas A&M University made the decision that it was a good time to get her Real Estate Licence and is now working with me as my Marketing Specialist. She is a true expert in social media, print marketing, and upcoming trends in the real estate market! . So together the 3 of us are a true, DYNASTY! .
