Susan Alexander

Susan Alexander knows details. “I remember every house that I see,” she says. And that ability is a great asset to her clients. “By the time we are looking at the third or fourth house and everything seems to blend together for my client, I help them to sort out the details.”

Resourceful and knowledgeable, Susan helps her clients work through all of the other particulars of the buying and selling process as well. When clients entrust her with their business, she takes the responsibility seriously and readily goes the extra mile to meet their needs.

A native Houstonian, Susan has been a real estate professional since 1990, and knows the city inside and out. “I just love to tell our story, and share the history of the neighborhoods with my clients,” she adds. Susan’s market areas include neighborhoods throughout the First Colony and Fort Bend community, as well as Memorial, Bellaire, West University and Briargrove Park.

Susan is conscientious and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She says, “I treat my clients as I would expect to be treated.”

Married, Susan has two sons and stays very involved with their activities including football, basketball and baseball. She also takes time to participate in a number of local women’s groups.
