Steven Tran

Steven is a real estate specialist and proud native Houstonian who found his passion in real estate at a young age. His keen negotiation and problem solving skills allows him to tailor creative solutions that bring business opportunity and success in a real estate transaction for all parties. His entrepreneurial experience allows him to quickly adapt to the ever-changing real estate market. He believes that in this competitive market, one must adopt new technology as it becomes available. He is able to differentiate himself with his experience in start-ups, building, creative financing, capital raising, and digital marketing.

CNE certified. Steven has received a Certified Negotiation Expert designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, where he sharpened his negotiation skills and develops win-win situations for all sides of the party.

Past Experience Steven is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Houston with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the prestigious Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship. The program again lands a top spot on the list of the Top 25 Undergraduate Schools for Entrepreneurs, released every year by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur.

Fun Fact While pursuing his education, Steven co-founded Resthetics, a medical device company that captures and recycles anesthetic gases in hospital operating rooms before they are released into the atmosphere. His team raised over XXXk in seed capital funding from VCs and business plan competitions.

After 2017, Steven withdrew his position due to FDA regulations and co-founded a global digital marketing firm that delivers growth to existing businesses through web traffic + foot traffic. His team has been featured in the AMA's Crystal Awards as the "Top Marketer of the Year" and is known for creative marketing projects like the Biscuit Paint Wall that used to be at Headquarters in EADO.
