Jay Stoneburner has been in the Real Estate since 1977, and became a Real Estate Broker in 1979, the year he started Stoneburner & Associates Realtors in Northwest Houston. Stoneburner & Associates has grown over the years to over 30 licensed Realtors, and several assistants. In 1999 Jay Stoneburner opened his own in house mortgage company, Dimension Mortgage. Dimension Mortgage has over 200 licensed Loan Officers. This one stop shop concept has been very popular with our clients, as it offers both services under one roof. In 2003 we purchased our own free standing 7,000 sq. ft.building at, 9770 West Little York, right off Hwy. 290 and Belt Way 8.
