I cant say enough good things about Steven! When we were about to get the house ready to sell, my husband had to move to our new house. I was suddenly a single mom with 2 girls trying to get a house ready and working full time. Problems would arise and Steve was always there to fix it himself or help me find someone reliable who could. He answered any questions I had and was extremely patient when I didnt know what I was doing. He returned all my calls quickly and I never felt that I was left on my own. Steve took the time to personally stage our house and would run over to turn on all the lights for showings if I was at work. He also worked around my schedule to plan our open house while I was out of town. He even helped me get rid of extra stuff I didnt want to bring to the new house. I will definitely be using him to buy my next house. I will also recommend him to all my friends and family. He is by far the best realtor out there!
