Steve Ouellette is an Inner Loop, City of Houston resident. For over 30 years, he has watched the restoration of inner loop neighborhoods. He lives in the heart of the Houston Heights in a 94-year-old home and has a home in Historic Galveston, which is why he formed a team of licensed realtors, called Latitude 29 Group.

Steve's passion is Pet Rescue & Adoptions. He co-sponsor a monthly "Meet & Greet" at his property on Heights Blvd to facilitate the adoption of homeless dogs & cats. "I've been able to participate in the adoption of thousands (45,000 over the past four years) of homeless pets through the good work of my neighbors and colleagues. Steve likes to spend his downtime with his family, usually outside, including jogging, biking near the Bayou, or watching the pelicans on his back porch in Galveston. He has two beautiful grandchildren.
