Stefani is the definition of a true real estate professional, she possesses fifteen plus years of a full-time real estate experience and has a stellar sales record. Stefani managed to sell our house within one week BUT prior to bringing us under contract she brought in multiple competitive top dollar offers during the month of December. Granted, two other realtors that actually lived in our neighborhood and who boasted setting records within the bright on could not compete with Stefani’s record of dollar per square foot and time frame of bringing us under contract. If you are searching for a realtor, please give Stefani a call...I have used one of the well known Remax Universal agents in Houston and my parents are neighbors with a well known real estate agent that is ranked in the nation in The Woodlands but I called Stefani because I wanted to talk and work with her not her team and that is difference. You can work with a man that has set records at Remax Universal (his last name rhymes with Story) but you only see “the man” when he is getting you to list with him and then he hands you off to his team and you never see him again...the other man is a record setter in The Woodlands but again you get his team, so you have to ask yourself, your home is personal to you so why would you want to sign with someone who just leverages their name to their business, when you can have someone who has the same stellar record but can still give you better results because you are not handed off to someone else, because Stefani will hold your hand the entire time from start to finish. Stefani can hustle with the best and is a professional but also has that woman’s touch that cannot be duplicated by a male. I have referred her to a neighbor and my own family and everyone has been so thankful, so I am telling you...please take my advice and just give her a call...you will not be disappointed!
