Kaitlyn was tireless in helping me not only sell my home, but while the process was on-going, she helped me prep and stage the house while inputting suggestions to not overspend on improvements that I thought i needed to make that would've cost me a lot more but weren't really adding value. She was right on point there. She kept me updated on calls from interested buyers, always had the proper documents for me to sign and explained them very well, and was there to help me make the best decisions when negotiating. Her attitude was so upbeat and positive and made the whole process a lot less stressful.
