The kitchen is fabulous! It has been updated with custom cabinets, all the modern touches and stainless steel appliances. Ahead through the breakfast area is the balcony overlooking the lush bayou grounds. 
Notice the under cabinet lighting under all the cabinets, shining on the loads of counter space.
The breakfast room joins the kitchen. The door slightly ajar ahead is the powder bath. 
With Seagrass walls and dramatic granite, this guest bath showcases a pop of bold.
To the left of the breakfast table and through insulated sliding doors, is an expansive deck overlooking such gorgeous green space.

Back inside but still enjoying the view, we enter the family room, open to the kitchen. Notice the same lovely floors continue throughout the entire first floor.
Shining floors, neutral colors and sparkling clean, this home is ready for move in! The family room is sure to be the scene of many family gatherings and evenings with friends. The opening in the left corner leads to the stairs. 
Even though we don't use fireplaces often in Texas, they sure have a way of bringing figurative and sometimes literal warmth to a room. This fireplace adds huge charm to this already inviting space.
