2431 Nottingham was custom built on a 12,000 square foot parcel in the heart of the Southampton/Rice Village neighborhood. Artisan tile provided by Architectural Design Resource, a custom vent hood and deconstructed wine barrel light fixtures are just a few of the designer finishes found throughout this home. The placement of the casita and garage creates a large outdoor, more child safe, area for both a great lawn and pool, in addition to the open-air cooking area and patio.
This European-influenced estate is located in the heart of the Rice University area. Encompassing over 5,700 square feet, this home was meticulously constructed over a two-year period with so numerous special features.
As you approach the front entrance, notice the inviting covered entry leading to the front door, further complementing the European-style home.
Crossing the threshold into the foyer provides your first glimpse of the formal dining room with the glass-enclosed wine room on the opposite wall.
