Situated in the heart of Boulevard Oaks, is this meticulously crafted, new construction home that was completed in August, 2022 and measures 5,166 square feet.
The exceptional design was a collaboration of the best in their craft with architecture by Brickmoon Design, interior selections by Lynne T. Jones, Interior Design and expert craftsmanship oversaw by the developer, Woodrock Homes. Notice the front elevation with its slurry brick facade that creates a subtle depth to the exterior of the home.
Upon entering the home, you immediately notice the 7 1/2" wood floors by The Silvian Collection which you will find throughout the home, excluding bathrooms and utility rooms. The double doors to the right open to the home office while the vestibule to the left of the office entry is where you will find the coat closet and access to the bathroom that services the first floor.
The 13' x 12' home office has north facing Jeld-Wen windows which are aluminum clad on the exterior to help prevent weathering. The 5-light Generation Lighting chandelier is finished in Midnight Black & Steel.
Adjacent to the the home office is a full bath which is an ideal amenity for an individual that needs a bedroom but has mobility concerns and prefers not to utilize an elevator.
The downstairs full bath measures 9' x 7 1/2' and has a walk-in frameless shower. The floating vanity has a Sea Pearl quartzite countertop and floors are African Arabescato marble.
Often times, homeowners desire the natural light that a glass front door provides but yearn for a layer of privacy from the front door to the living room. Here you will find an art wall that creates that visual separation from the street. The architecture by Brickmoon Design created a delicate ceiling detail to define the 17' x 7' entry hall. 
To the right of the center hall you will find the formal dining that measures 19 1/2' x 13'. The 11' ceiling has a tray ceiling detail over the dining room table that further increases the volume of the dining room.
Here you will find the living room, breakfast area and kitchen which have a combined 900 square feet. The Western sliding doors to right lead to the covered veranda.

The outdoor kitchen has a 36" Artisan gas grill with stainless storage access doors, granite counters and Brazilian teak, Cumaru, which adorns the front facade.
The outdoor veranda measures 14' x 13 1/2' and has east facing views of the rear lawn of this 5,500 square foot lot.
The developer ensured capacity for a pool when obtaining the building permit. The 700 square foot grass area captured in this photograph measures 35' in width and 20' in depth.
Here is another view of the outdoor veranda with the adjacent 8' cedar privacy fence. In this image, you can capture a glimpse of the 62" Minka-Aire Roto XL ceiling fan to help circulate the air.
Stepping back into the living room from the outdoor veranda, one can easily see the layout of the home that feels both open and compartmentalized with the large opening to the left that leads to the dining room.
Here is a closer image of the breakfast area that measures 20' x 8 1/2'. To the right, just above the kitchen cabinets you will find dual clerestory windows facing east to add a little bit of morning light that makes it way through the dappled shade.
The kitchen measures 20' x 18' and has a Sub-Zero/Wolf appliance package. Casting additional light over the kitchen island is a 7-light Pierre Linear Suspension fixture in matte black finish with polished nickel accents.
The leathered quartzite counters is called Allure and has undercabinet storage is found both in front of the center bar stool as well as on each of the ends of the island.
Here is an image from the southeast corner of the kitchen that shows multiple openings on the opposite wall. The opening to the right leads to the Butler's pantry as well as the walk-in pantry. The opening to the left of the 48" Sub-Zero refrigerator leads to the downstairs mud room/laundry room.
The 48" Wolf range has six dual-stacked burners, an infrared griddle, 30" convection oven with a 30,000 Btu burner and a second oven positioned on the left. All of the inset cabinet doors and drawers, not just in the kitchen, but throughout the home, have a soft-close feature.
The 9' x 7' Butler's pantry has a 150-bottle capacity on the west wall while the east side of the Butler's pantry has a 46-bottle, dual zone wine refrigerator as well as a second Bosch Silence Plus 44db dishwasher. To the right is the 7' x 7' walk-in pantry with numerous electric outlets for additional appliance storage.
Here is a view of the great room from the northwest corner of the kitchen. Notice the continuity of the clerestory windows above the kitchen cabinets.
Situated in the center of the leathered quartzite island is a 33" wide Blanco America Grandis single basin kitchen sink.
Often times, with a kitchen that opens to the living room, one is not able to enjoy watching a television show on the opposite wall if sitting at the breakfast bar. Here, the layout allows for a proper breakfast table that is also afforded views of the backyard.
Looking back at the kitchen from this angle allows you to see the opening that leads to the downstairs mudroom and elevator shaft, currently utilized as a storage closet.
The 12' x 6' mudroom is one of the most functional rooms in the entire home. Four 'cubbies', each with a hook and electric outlet for devices, along with bench seating that has integrated storage shelves underneath, are anchored by dual mop closets that have shelving inside as well. On the opposite wall, not photographed is a dedicated space for a full-size washer and dryer as well as an elevator shaft. To the left of the this pictured custom cabinetry is the entry into the oversized garage.
This is an image of the living room from the access point adjacent to the mudroom. Regarding insulation, the home has 2" x 6" walls with zipR sheathing that give the total wall assembly a R-value of R25.
Behind the porcelain-clad fireplace surround is a Quad Shield Coaxial Cable (RG6) TV connection. The remainder of the home has Cat6 phone and data lines in each of the bedrooms. The living room and upstairs game room has 5.1 surround sound prewire while the kitchen, dining room, outdoor veranda, master bedroom and master bathroom have dual ceiling speaker prewire.
Here is another view of the dining room to the left and entry hall. The dining room light fixture is a Generation Lighting ‘Celeste’ chandelier in an aged iron finish. The entry hall's light fixture is a Hinkley ‘Archer’ in satin black with brushed nickel accents. 
From the northwest corner of the dining room you will notice the custom iron stair railing that leads to the second floor. The home's HVAC system includes dual Trane HVAC systems that condition the first and second floor. A Mitsubishi heat pump system maintains your desired ambient temperature for the third floor.
Located on the second floor is an upstairs TV lounge that measures 19 1/2' x 16' and is pre-wired for 5.1 surround sound. The vestibule to the left leads hallway that delivers you to the master suite, with an adjacent laundry room. A secondary bedroom is located to the right of the vestibule entrance.
The master bedroom measures almost 350 square feet and has four north facing Jeld-Wen windows with views that emulate being in the middle of a tree house.
Here is another view of the master bedroom. Down the hallway you will find a linen closet, an elevator shaft which is currently used as an additional storage closet and an audio/visual closet. The master bath is just beyond the door to the right of the television.
The master bath is the epitome of luxury. Here you will find a 67" Signature Hardware Eden soaking tub with a wall-mounted Brizo polished chrome tub filler. The 6-light chandelier is a Kichler ‘Cassadee’ in a matching polished chrome finish.
The walk-in shower enclosure is bathed in Iceberg polished marble and has a Taj Mahal quartzite bench. Numerous wall-mounted showerheads and rain dome, along with a handheld shower offer numerous options for your desired water supply. To the left and the right of the shower you will see two entrances into the master wardrobe.
Woodrock Homes incorporated the Taj Mahal counters found in the master bedroom into the closet. The cabinet underneath his suit jackets is a hinged laundry basket. A second laundry basket can be found on the opposite end of the closet.
The wardrobe closet has a total of 80 linear feet of hanging space and features eight Rev A Shelf pulldowns and 18' of 'dress length' hanging rods.
On the far end of the closet you will find this custom built-in dresser with numerous drawers and shelves for purses. Not photographed are dual walls of shoe storage that should bring a smile to the face of even the most enthusiastic of fashionistas.
Here is a view of the master bath looking back from the makeup vanity. Notice the Taj Mahal ledge underneath the windows which creates the perfect home for bath salts, candles, books and wine glasses.
With the elevated windows, just above the Taj Mahal shelf, one can feel comfortable stepping out of the shower with nature's very own tree screen.
Looking back into the master bedroom you will see the corridor that leads to the upstairs laundry room and a secondary bedroom with ensuite bath.

This 13' x 13' secondary bedroom has west facing Jeld-Wen windows with a 9' x 6' walk-in closet with built-in dresser. The doorway to the right leads to the ensuite bath.
This bathroom measures 13' x 5' and has a Bianco Gioia quartz vanity with polished chrome Kohler plumbing. To the left is a walk-in frameless shower enclosure with Lagos Light Grey hex floor tile.
This 13 1/2' x 13' bedroom is located in the southwest corner of the property and has east facing windows overlooking the backyard. Each of the secondary bedrooms has a Minka Aire 52" Roto ceiling fan finished in Coal.
The prior bedroom's bathroom measures 8' x 7' and has a conjoined 9' x 6' walk-in closet with custom millwork.
Located on the third floor is the perfect flex room. Currently staged as a rumpus room with a pool table, this 15' x 13 1/2' bedroom has its own AC system with thermostat.
