Custom built by Waterhill Homes, 2406 Dorrington #D is the largest property developed with a total of 2,635 square feet of living space.
This home is situated at the far end of the drive which provides easy parking compared to the other homes that have to navigate turning into the garage.
The covered front porch provides ample space to create a warm and inviting entry into the home.
As you enter the home, stairs are found to the right with a large walk-in closet and the pedestrian entrance is to the right of that. To the left of the stairs is a door that leads to the covered patio and generously-sized backyard. The French doors to the left of that open to the first floor bedroom.
