From this angle, we can see the large family room with doors that lead to the covered patio just on the other side of the seating arrangement. The hallway to the right leads to two bedrooms and two bathrooms while the hallway to the left leads to another full bath and flex room.
Currently used a media room, this can also be repurposed as a bedroom with access out to the private backyard. A full bath is just behind you should one desire to utilize the facilities while in this wing of the home.
From the east end of the property looking back towards the home you will see the two doors to the right which lead to the aforementioned media room.
The 16' x 16' pergola is ideally situated on the property as it has views to the north and east which make this ideal to utilize in the afternoon as the home begins to block the sun's rays mid-afternoon.
This full bath has a walk-in shower which can be seen in the reflection of the mirror.
Here is a view of the family room as you walk back towards the center of the home from the media room wing. The cased opening to the right of the built-in entertainment wall leads to a downstairs master suite along with a secondary bedroom and full bath.
The original master bedroom is located on the first floor and measures 18' x 13'. There are two closets to the left of frame while the bathroom servicing this suite is to the right.
The downstairs master bath has a frameless shower enclosure with chrome plumbing fixtures, tiled wainscoting and quartz counters.
Just down the hall from the downstairs master suite in this spacious 14' x 13' bedroom with south and east facing windows. Notice the beautiful 2 1/4" oak floors which you will find in each of the downstairs bedrooms and hallway.
This 10' x 6' hall bath is the third full bath option on the first floor. Beautiful tile work, updated plumbing fixtures and an east facing, double pane window are a few features worth mentioning about this bathroom.

Should one desire to install a pool, there would be no worry about utilizing the entire yard for the water feature and not having any green space to enjoy. Not captured in this photograph is the vegetable and herb garden located on the east side of the property.
We step back into the home from the backyard and re-enter the family room. The kitchen is to the right and the owners have drawings if one desires to open the kitchen to the family room. Looking straight ahead, is the foyer with the adjacent music room.
The 17' x 13' room is currently used as a music room and is adjacent to the formal dining however, should one need a larger dining room, they could easily place a larger dining table in the music room and repurpose the current dining room as a sitting area or home office.
2034 McClendon, with its two master suites, offers total flexibility. Either keep the layout the way it is, which works perfectly.
