Simeon Nichols

As a 4th generation Houstonian, I am no stranger to the Bayou City. I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M-Kingsville, and then joined the United States Marines. After my four years in the infantry and completing three combat tours my wife and I moved home to Houston to begin a family. With three growing boys we are happy to call Houston home.

Once home in Houston, I earned my Real Estate License and joined The National Association of Realtors®, The Texas Association of Realtors® and The Houston Area Realtors® Association. I have earned the certifications of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) & Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS).

For my clients I bring the work ethic of a 6th generation Texas family, four hard fought years in the Marines and an extensive knowledge of residential construction to guide them through all aspects of the selling, buying & leasing of their residential property. My attention to detail along with skills in communication, negotiation and interpreting current market trends assist my clients in making educated decisions.
