Connie help me buy a property in the woodlands, TX. She is by far the best realtor I could have chosen. I have purchased home in several stated in the past and she exceeded all my expectations. I had very specific criteria for my purchase. Connie worked very closely with me until we found the right house. It took several months, as I was traveling from out of state to see the homes. We probably saw over 100 houses. Connie was always ready to take action and was sharp focus on finding the best possible deal. She handled everything for us. She found the house, managed all inspections, got quotes from contractors, made the offer and negotiated several rounds and managed a remote closing. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I am sure we got the house thanks to Connies hard work, dedication and negotiation skills. I would not hesitate to recommend her to the most demanding clients. She is the best!

My family and i were moving from Florida to Texas. Connie was recommended by my sister, on the first call to Connie I knew we were in good hands. after a few minutes i felt like i knew her for awhile. She took my information and we discussed what type of home we were looking for and that we wanted to be close to my sister. we were in a stressful situation because we were selling in florida and buying in texas, Connie made the situation so much easier and we are very thankful for her. Connie knows her business and explained the process of what we needed to do and when it needed to be done, when Connie found the home for us she met with my sister to show the home and did a video walk through with us. She was instrumental in every aspect of the sale, and we are so glad Connie was there for us. During the process of selling and buying we had a hurricane in florida, and Connie called to make sure we were ok ,just one of the little things She did that made us appreciate having Connie in our corner. another thing, after the signing of the home, which was done in florida to make it easier for us, Connie met with my sister to give her the keys for the home and while they were there they realized the water was not on, so while we were driving from Florida, Connie helped us get set up with the utility company so we had the water on when we got there. we would definitely recommend using Connie she was absolutely a wonderful person, knowledgeable, and professional. 5 stars plus

She helped us buy and sell 6 years ago, and we KNEW we needed her again this time around. She is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for you. She is always one step head of the process and ALWAYS ALWAYS has your back. She is excellent at staging the home and negotiating terms. She is super smart and knows her stuff!! She anticipates potential hiccups and is constantly one step ahead of the process. She is exceptional at communicating, and will work until the wee hours for you. She doesn’t rush you into a home that’s not right for you, is level headed, and will even protect you from yourself. I have never ever seen someone go over and beyond in their line of work like Connie does, seriously, like NEVER EVER. She is an amazing human being . Call her up, you won’t be disappointed!!
