It made the house much more attractive, so that buyers offered in 2 day after her staging. She communicated between buyers and us in an efficient way. During the period of closing date, we were travelling outside of the USA. Sherry arranged to finish the closing online. So, from the tenant informed me that he didn t renew the lease, to we sold the house and received the money in our bank account, I didn t fly to Houston.
